Showcase Homes is owned by Clinton & Clayton Boyd who both worked for their father's home building company for 10+ years before he retired. They decided to follow in his footsteps and start their own company 5 years ago. Showcase Homes builds approximately 25 homes a year which allows them to be involved in every aspect of the home building process. Showcase Homes has a low overhead approach which allows them to sell high quality, semi-custom homes at affordable prices. Showcase Homes will also work with clients who have a realtor or clients who want to build direct with them and save money on commissions. Showcase Homes builds in the metro Omaha area.
Showcase Homes offers a one year builders warranty with other warranties thru the suppliers or manufacturers. For instance, we use Pella windows who provide a 10 year warranty. All warranty is handled by us so there is no middle man you have to call with questions or service.
